This contract bond kit is for small contractors, infrequent users or those who don't have quality prepared financial statements to get approved fthrough a standard bond market. This program affords $450,000 of bonding at any given time, whether one project at $450,000 or several small projects adding up to the $450,000 limit. Initially, this program does not require any financial statements. The attached documents are the initial items we need to have completed, signed and notorized for approval for this program. The bonding company primarily underwrites based on the information provided on the applications and the personal credit reports of all company owners & spouses.
